This notice was previously posted on 9242001 as RFP 2000720NC The corrected solicitation number is RFP 2000711NC No other changes have been made to this notice The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability to provide residential Community Corrections Center CCC services and Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment TDAT services for male and female offenders in the Colorado Springs Colorado area Location of the facility shall be within the boundaries of El Paso County Residential services include care custody control accountability and treatment including subsistence The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statements of Work entitled Community Corrections Center CCC dated August 2001 and Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment Services TDAT dated November 16 1999 A requirements contract is anticipated The services are estimated to be 71 male and 29 female The estimated number of inmate days for Line Item One CCC services are 12410 for the twoyear base period and 6205 for each of the three oneyear option periods For Line Item Two TDAT services the estimates are as follows 24 intake assessments 1152 units of 30minute individual counseling sessions and 1152 units of 30minute group counseling for the twoyear base period 12 intake assessments 576 units of 30minute individual counseling sessions and 576 units of 30minute group counseling for each of the three oneyear option periods The solicitation will be available on or after October 15 2001 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities web site httpwwwfedbizoppsgov Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available The site provides downloading instructions All future information about this acquisition including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most uptodate information about this acquisition The estimated closing date of the solicitation is December 14 2001 All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency No collect calls will be accepted No telephone requests or written requests for solicitations will be accepted
