The 375th Contracting Squadron Scott AFB IL intends to enter into a contract with Metadata Management Corporation MMC Ltd for followon maintenance and enhancement of the Air Mobility Commands Asset Management AMCAMMetaSphere system MMC is a small womanowned business located in Vienna VA 22180 The Basic Period of performance will tentatively be from 1 Mar 02 through 30 Sep 02 At completion of the basic period of performance there will be four consecutive 12month option periods in this contract The purpose of this followon contract with MMC Ltd is to perform systems engineering and technical services supporting the AMCAMMetaSphere system MMC originally developed and has maintained and expanded this system as a subcontractor under SER Solutions formerly DoxSys Inc over the past six years This acquisition strategy allows MMC to continue supporting AMCAMMetasphere System without disruption in service
