in this request for information The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classificationsocioeconomic status Small Business Indian Firms or Small help determine the availability of the following itemservice Description Evidenced Based Clinical Application Software If your business can offer this itemservice or a brand name or equal to item solicitation is not currently available If a solicitation is issued it will be announced on Federal Business opportunities website httpwwwsamgov at a later date and all interested parties must respond Taxpayer Dollars Through Electronic Invoicing directing Federal agencies to adopt electronic invoicing as the primary means to disburse payment to vendors Invoices submitted under any award resulting from this solicitation will be required to utilize the Invoice Processing Platform IPP in accordance with HHSAR 35223271 Electronic Submission and Processing of Payment Requests IPP is a secure webbased electronic invoicing system provided by the US Department of the Treasurys Bureau of the Fiscal Service in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of St Louis FRSTL Respondents to this points of contact and applicable telephone numbers FAX numbers addresses and email addresses if available within the past three years SCOPE Contractor shall establish implement and maintain an electronic clinical application software that provides continuous access to online clinical decision resources to aid in the prevention treatment and diagnosis of medical conditions The objective of the evidenced based software is to Provide continuous access to online clinical decisions resources to aid in the prevention treatment and diagnois of medical conditions for the ABQ Area providers in the eight federal facilities Due to the critical use and purpose of such software by the Albuquerque Area IHS medical staff it is important to continue the use of software to continue to provide evidenced based resources APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS According to the AAA HC version 43 in various sections it is imparitive that the providers have up to date relevant resources to provide continuous access to clinical decision resources to aid in the prevention treatment and diagnosis of medical conditions TASKS The Contractor shall provide Delivery and installation of clinical based software that is compatible with the current IHS Albuquerque Area Federal Service Unit systems To provide maintenance and updates of software in real time Onsite training to use software to providers if
