The Jacksonville District US Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a minimum of 1547 to a maximum of 2188 gross rentable square feet of commercial storefront space within a 1¼ mile radius of 13220 Starkey Road Largo FL 33773  The space shall contain adequateassigned parking for approximately five 5 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight  The lease is for a fiveyear term with Government termination rights and a fullservice lease to include all utilities and janitorial services is preferred  Must use Government Lease  The Governments space and service
