The William J Hughes Technical Center intends to award a contract to STV Inc of Douglassville PA for a not to exceed amount of 25 million The resultant contract will be an indefinite deliveryindefinite quantity type contract with firm fixed price and labor hour orders Due to the national emergency the Technical Center requires an AE contractor to prepare plans and specifications for construction projects relating to airport security STV has previously provided AE services to the Technical Center as the result of a competitive formal technical evaluationpresentation process in 1997 Due to time constraints a formal technical evaluation is not feasible and since STV has been found technically acceptable and has satisfactory past performance and performance capability to satisfy the Technical Centers requirements it has been determined that a sole source contract to STV is warranted This is not a request for sources but is a public announcement of the Technical Centers intent pursuant to AMS 321312
