The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport anticipates modifying contract N6660400C0111 with Kollmorgen Corporation Northampton MA to add 10000 hours to the existing Level of Effort The additional hours are required to continue services that include problem troubleshooting onsite testing dockside testing post installation inspections post underway teardowns and inspections modifications and repairs of the Photonics Mast and Universal Modular Mast The existing contract is a Cost Plus Fixed Fee type with a three year period of performance In addition to the increase in the level of effort the contract will be extended to 2003 Dec 31 The government intends to solicit Kollmorgen Corporation on a sole source basis for these services See note 22 Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form Instead they may be accessed at our web site httpwwwnptnuwcnavymilcontract We also provide electronic access in our Bid Room
