"iMedicine has developed the world's first gender-segregated database for brainwave and heart rate variability across all age groups, along with an artificial intelligence (AI) cloud platform called iSyncBrain. iSyncBrain consists of AI-based automatic noise reduction, extraction of brainwave indicators from sensors and sources, simple and detailed health reports, and research group analysis functions. Through clinical trials conducted by the Korea Food and Drug Administration to detect early-stage amnestic mild cognitive impairment (aMCI), they added a biomarker called iSyncBrain-M1. Currently, active collaborative research is ongoing to develop biomarkers to detect the presence of amyloid deposition, recovery from a comatose state, post-stroke cognitive impairment, the presence of alpha-synuclein (α-synuclein) as a biomarker for Parkinson's disease, and the brainwave phenotypes of depression. Recently, an innovative 19-channel dry EEG/ECG measurement and digital therapy fusion device called iSyncWave has been developed and integrated with the iSyncBrain software platform. Personalized near-infrared therapy with neuro biofeedback is set to be added as part of digital therapy. iMedicine's AI mental health platform is expected to drive revolutionary changes in next-generation digital mental health, starting from easy brainwave measurement, automatic analysis in the cloud, to brainwave-based digital therapy. It is also expected to play a significant role as a telemedicine platform connecting doctors and patients in the era of non-face-to-face medical care that began with the COVID-19 pandemic."
