The Jacksonville District US Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a minimum of 5400 to a maximum of 7105 gross rentable square feet of retail storefront space on or within the following delineated area within the Municipalities of Clearwater FL as described Northern Limit  Mile Stretch Dr Holiday FL Southern Limit  Bay Drive Eastern Limit  Racetrack Road Western Limit  Gulf of Mexico The space shall contain adequateassigned parking for approximately eighteen 18 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight  The lease is for a Five 5 year term with Government
