USAID intends to issue a solicitation for a US Personal Services Contract USPSC for one 1 AntiCorruption Policy Integration Advisor at the GS14 equivalent level for USAIDs Bureau for Democracy Human Rights and Governance DRG AntiCorruption Center ACC The AntiCorruption Policy Integration Advisor serves in the Policy and Partnerships PP Team within DRGACC The ACC leads USAIDs efforts to tackle the fight against corruption within countries and transnationally through a multipronged multisectoral approach The Center mobilizes broadbased coalitions and partnerships elevates anticorruption considerations in policy making catalyzes innovation and experimentation and serves Missions and the broader community with cuttingedge and responsive technical support and thought leadership The programs and mechanisms of ACC provide USAID Missions and staff with the knowledge skills tools and resources to ensure that development assistance is locally led and advances selfreliance The primary role of the AntiCorruption Policy Integration Advisor is to support the implementation of USAIDs first AntiCorruption AC Policy which was launched in December 2022 and initiatives to mainstream anticorruption considerations across USAIDs work Under the direction of the PP Team Lead the AntiCorruption Policy Integration Advisor will lead the ACCs engagement with USAIDs Regional and Pillar Bureaus on the AntiCorruption Policy and serve as a resource to advance the Policys effective implementation This will include troubleshooting technical budgetary policy and bureaucratic obstacles and opportunities for broader integration cultivating networks of peer support across USAID and engaging with BureausIndependent Offices BIOs on tracking followthrough on specific policy commitments The incumbent is expected to carry out work assignments using independent professional judgment to ensure effective policy leadership and support to DRG and other technical offices and colleagues in Washington DC The duration of the contract period is anticipated to include a two 2 year base period with three 3 oneyear option periods for a total maximum possible period of performance of five 5 years The solicitation will be published on the System for Award Management SAM website wwwsamgov Interested parties are advised to periodically monitor this website for updates on this potential opportunity Except for the above information no additional information regarding this planned solicitation is available currently All necessary information will be supplied at the time the solicitation is issued USAID will not respond to any questions or requests for information until the solicitation is issued USAID will not accept offers prior to issuance of the solicitation Issuance of the presolicitation notice and any subsequent RFP does not constitute an award commitment on the part of USAID nor does it commit USAID to pay for any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of any offer
