The Contractor shall furnish all labor supervision materials and equipment to provide preventive maintenance services at Crystal Mall 1 South Tower Crystal Plaza 2 Crystal Park 2 Crystal Plaza 3 and Crystal Plaza 34 Crystal City Virginia Performance is expected to begin oa February 1 2000 and will continue through January 31 2001 The Government shall have a unilateral option to extend the term for two consecutive years on a yeartoyear basis This sealed bid solicitation will be issued oa October 26 1999 with bids due oa December 8 1999 All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically Interested parties may access the solicitation at httpepsgov This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file See Note 1
