Work consists of furnishing all plant labor supplies equipment and supervision as required to perform Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity IDIQ projects involving civil work and repairs at Beale AFB in accordance with contract plans and specs These plans and specs consists of but are not limited to paving work earth work concrete work drainage systems underground utilities pavement marking and striping fencing work and traffic signs During the contract period the Base Civil Engineer will identify construction tasks required to complete each specific job and the Base Contracting Office will issue individual task orders to the contractor to complete those jobs The contractor will be required to furnish all materials equipment and personnel necessary to estimate plan design manage and accomplish the job Individual jobs will vary in size The performance period for this project is one 1 base year with two 2 option years Multiple awards will not be made The guaranteed minimum amount is 5000000 with a maximum of 150000000 per year The minimum amount per delivery order is 500000 The proposed procurement is reserved for certified 8a contractors having a bona fide place of business within the geographical boundaries of the SBA San Francisco District Office The applicable North American Industry Classification System NAICS code for this acquisition is 234110 with a threeyear average size standard of 275 million The successful contractor will be selected using technicalperformanceprice tradeoff procedures resulting in the best value to the Government Technical and past performance is significantly more important than price The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest proposed price Offerors shall submit proposals that can be accepted solely on the basis of the initial offer as the government may proceed with award of a contract without further discussion It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically oa 02 Jul 01 Solicitation will be posted on the Electronic Posting System EPS at wwwepsgov Paper copies are not available You must register on that site in order to receive notification to changes in the solicitation Please submit any questions regarding the solicitation in writing at the Preproposal conference You may add your name to the offerors list by providing the following information to 2Lt Dylan Pope via FAX at 530 6343311 or by email at DylanPopebealeafmil 1 Company Name 2 Point of contact 3 Phone and Fax numbers 4 Email address 5 Company Address 6 Business size status Email is the preferred method of notification Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contract Registration CCR in order to be eligible for award
