SOLICITATION NOTICEThis project will require a contractor to provide all necessary management quality control labor materials and equipment required to construct a facility to be used for training INS personnel in situations that may be encountered in everyday entry into the United States This building will be a standalone building and will include but not limited to interior partitions doors ceilings mechanical systems fire alarms and fire protection system security system parking plumbing systems and fixtures electrical systems and light fixtures interior and exterior windows finishes power and communication outlets and landscaping There are six 6 alternate bid items that may or may not be awarded based upon the proposed prices for each item Duration of the contract will be 365 calendar days The Contracting Officer is Gail Ashurst This solicitation will only be issued electronically on FLETC web page The web address is wwwfletcgov Go to the Contents page click Procurement Home Page column on the left towards the bottom
