capacity studies and planning groups The maximum contract period of performance including all options shall be five years The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers 1 technical capability of the item offered to meet the Governments requirement 2 price and past performance All responsible sources who can provide code compatible software or equal shall submit written responses which shall include 1 prices FOB Destination 2 a description of the software offered in sufficient technical detail to show compatibility and permit a technical evaluation 3 POC name and telephone number 4 GSA Contract Number if applicable 5 delivery date 6 business size and 7 payment terms All interested parties contractors may submit written responses within 15 days after publication of this notice
