FirmFixed Price Contract FFP for the repair of 2 power transformers located at Beale AFB CA Transformers will also be painted and repaired IAW the Statement of Work and Service Contract Act wages The proposed solicitation is unrestricted under NAICS 811310 with a size standard of 5000000 gross annual revenue This solicitation will use competitive Request for Quotation procedures This solicitation is setaside for small business concerns The solicitation will only be available by downloading from the EPS web site Quotes are due no later than 200 pm 1400 on 15 December 2001 Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration CCR in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity A site visit is scheduled for 900 am on 28 November 2001 meeting at the 9th Contracting Squadron Beale AFB Prior to base access for the site visit you are required to submit the following full name home address home phone and drivers license numberstate of the employee license plate number vehicle make model and year if applicable and name address and phone number of the employer The preceding information must be received at the 9th Contracting Squadron prior to 72 hours before the site visit not to include weekends and government holidays The attached form may be used to organize this information and may be faxed or emailed to the POC No more than 2 representatives per organization will be allowed
