The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement BOA N0001900G0116 with McDonnell Douglas Aerospace Corp for an additional three 3 each retrofit kits for ECP 293 AMRAAM Illumination Antenna Horns These kits are for the Spanish AV8B Aircraft McDonnell Douglas is the original designer for this retrofit kit and is the only known source with the knowledge experience and technical data necessary to perform this effort in a timely and cost effective manner See Note 22
