A site visit will be conducted on 41399 at 1000 am All bids will be due by COB on 41999 This statement of work is for install intrusion detection equipment in room 42 of building 1265A Holloman AFB Applicable Documents National Electrical Code NEC Requirements Contractor shall provide all parts materials tools materials and labor to perform the work specified in 11 above Equipment to be installed One Balanced Magnetic Switch BMS One Motion Sensor One LCD KeypadOne Base Module Equipment Locations BMS shall be installed on door for room 42 Motion Sensor shall be located on wall inside room 42 opposite the door LCD Keypad shall be installed on hallway way exterior to room 42 and adjacent to the door to the room Base Module shall be located in the interior of room 42 on or next to a wall Equipment Connections BMS Motion Sensor and LCD Keypad shall be connected to the base module Base module shall be connected to the overall base security system by means of a telephone connection All contractor proposed equipment shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer for Maintenance Engineering approval before installation will be permitted All equipment shall be provided with two copies of operating and instruction manuals All documents required herein shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer within three 3 working days of completion of full installation Any item submitted for approval shall be fully compatible with the existing base security system ADVANTOR Contractor shall be able and may be required to demonstrate compatibility of equipment submitted for approval with the base security system All required wiring shall be done in full accordance with the latest edition of the NEC All wiring shall be installed in conduit
