Trackers PTs two 2 lasers and one 1 System Processor Unit SPU CIRCM is the next generation lightweight laserbased infrared countermeasure component that will interface with both the Armys Common Missile Warning System CMWS and future missile warning systems MWS to defeat current and emerging missile threats to target rotarywing tiltrotor and small fixedwing aircraft across the DoD  CIRCM receives handoff from the MWS and employs a pointing and tracking system to track incoming missiles  CIRCM jams the missile by using laser energy thus degrading the tracking capability of the missile and causing it to miss the aircraft  CIRCM is utilizing Open Systems Architecture which allows flexibility with software and hardware refreshes to keep pace with future threats REQUIRED CAPABILITIES PRODUCTION The Contractor shall possess the capability and demonstrated experience to produce or manage the production of both legacy and future versions of the CIRCM System ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL
