USAID intends to issue a solicitation for a US Personal Services Contract USPSC for one 1 AntiCorruption Partnership Advisor at the GS14 equivalent level for USAIDs Bureau for Democracy Human Rights and Governance DRG AntiCorruption Center ACC The ACC leads USAIDs fight against corruption within countries and transnationally through a multipronged multisectoral approach The Center mobilizes broadbased coalitions and partnerships elevates anticorruption considerations in policy making catalyzes innovation and experimentation and serves USAID Missions and the broader development community with cuttingedge and responsive technical support and thought leadership The programs and mechanisms of ACC provide USAID Missions and staff with the knowledge skills tools and resources to ensure that development assistance is locally led and advances selfreliance The ACCs Policy and Partnerships PP Team exercises policy leadership across the Agency and interagency and with key stakeholder groups in the anticorruption field In particular the PP Team leads USAIDs efforts on anticorruptionrelated policy development and execution strategic communications and coalition building with donors and foundations As an integral member of the ACCPP Team the AntiCorruption Partnerships Advisor will advance ACCs work by supporting external partnership opportunities The Advisor will leverage USAIDs growing investments in anticorruption and mobilize additional support from partners and seek to build on lessons learned from the Integrity for Development Campaign I4D Announced in the context of USAIDs historic new investments in anticorruption this campaign calls on bilateral donors and foundations to join forces with USAID and increase their investments in building integrity  The duration of the contract period is anticipated to include a two 2 year base period with three 3 oneyear option periods for a total maximum possible period of performance of five 5 years The solicitation will be published on the System for Award Management SAM website wwwsamgov  Interested parties are advised to periodically monitor this website for updates on this potential opportunity Except for the above information no additional information regarding this planned solicitation is available currently All necessary information will be supplied at the time the solicitation is issued USAID will not respond to any questions or requests for information until the solicitation is issued USAID will not accept offers prior to issuance of the solicitation Issuance of the presolicitation notice and any subsequent RFP does not constitute an award commitment on the part of USAID nor does it commit USAID to pay for any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of any offer
